Interiors
Post-frame provides optimal efficiency in the design and use of interior spaces. Almost any interior finished look can be achieved using post-frame designs. Long-span trusses create large building open areas without the need for interior load-bearing walls. Post-frame buildings may accomodate clear-spans in excess of 100 feet. This provides a large, open floor plan that you may arrange and even re-arrange without concern about tearing down interior walls that may be structurally necessary in other types of buildings. Post-frame also may be designed to accomodate very high sidewalls, allowing ample space for vaulted ceilings and high overhead for commercial structures, as well as auditoriums and religious or social gathering places. "Nailers" and other means for affixing interior finishes to non-wood framed structures are optional for post-frame. Below are some examples of interior designs found in commercial post-frame buildings. Winery:
Retail Establishments and Storage/Production Facilities:
Sanctuaries and Auditoriums:
The interior finishes of post-frame buildings are limited only by your imagination. Think of what you could do using post-frame on your next building project.
